Music Title: I Surrender All

Purpose of a mission utility vehicle defined....

A special kind of transportation designed to meet the needs of mission workers in third-world areas, so people can work and live.
--- from brochure cover.
Look Me Over!

"Here is where I am created -- I consist of an engine, wheels, steel framework, wooden bed, and a whole bunch of other things which help me to do the work I was designed to do."

"Sometimes my engine is a diesel for use in some areas of the world where gasoline is almost impossible to buy, or it is so expensive that it can't be purchased. My diesel engine can run on a combination of oil and kerosene if necessary and is much more economical. The first of our MUV family to be fitted with a Lister-Petter diesel engine is now working in Africa."

"My bed is made of wood. There are seats in the cargo area upon which people can sit. And of course you can see the seat upon which the operator sits. Notice there is a tailgate which can be opened to ease the loading of materials. I have been used to haul everything from people who need medical care to construction materials. In one country in South America I have been used to haul milk."

"You probably thought that all I do is run around hauling things and people didn't you? Surprise, surprise! I can do other things too! Here you see my engine linked to a generator for the purpose of producing electricity out in remote areas where power tools may be needed that run by electric, etc. I can also have a pump attached and pump water. I can make a big difference in the lives of people in far off remote areas of the world who do not all have all the conveniences that people in the United States and other developed nations so often take for granted! How about helping to get more members of the MUV family built and taken to places where they can make a big difference?"

"I couldn't let you leave the album without showing you the "luxury" member of the MUV family. This one has been extensively modified. It has a roof, smaller wheels on the rear, padded seats, and is designed to accomadate physically impaired persons who are confined to wheel chairs. Each year for a time a couple of these worked at the Western Pennsylvania Annual Conference sessions which are held at Grove City College in Grove City, PA. Since this is a large campus, members of the MUV family helped in transporting those persons who were unable to walk to the different gathering places during the conference. MUV's are also used at mission school events held within western PA, and have often made appearances at Vacation Bible Schools and church sponsored mission events. If you would like a visit from a MUV family member, contact Mission Utility Vehicles, Inc. at address, phone, or fax number given just below."
